In order to publicise your upcoming event, please enter the relevant details on the following page.

Please note that this form is only to be used for events that
do NOT require emergency services and support organisations. If this is the case then please click here to continue.

If your event WILL require these then please read the
Portsmouth Public Events Guidance notes   and complete the
Event Application Document

If you are looking to hold an event on Council owned land you will need to register your event with the City Council Safety Advisory Group. It is also recommended that any organiser on privately owned land also consults with this group.
